Yet another visit to Borough Market in the heart of London. Came across this stall that had so many varieties of mushrooms. Not only could I not resist photographing them but I also had to buy way too many mushrooms. I’m thinking I will make a mushroom wellington and some wild mushroom and garlic soup.
